Multiple grant winning Social Scientist, a Fellow at the African Leadership Institute, a Government of Kenya trained Performance Management Expert, a DAAD Alumnae and a beneficiary of the following scholarships; Harvard University – Leading Smart Policy Design, DIES ProGrant 2016, Yale University –Connected Leadership, DIES ProGrant ToT 2020, Tony Elumelu Foundation fellowship, Mashav- Israel Fellowship Programme, ITICLO – Italy PDC and ILO Certification programme for Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) trainers, NUFFIC, iCRA – Making Education Work (The Netherlands), ISP and CDN scholarship, Volkswagen Foundation scholarship, Global Diplomacy Forum –UK scholarship E4Impact Accelerator Wonder Program 2023 an initiative of the African Development Bank. Conflict Prevention and Mediation expert trained at the Kofi Annan Peace Training Centre and a seasoned Corporate Training Facilitator and has taken Senior Management Course & Strategic Leadership Development Programme from the Kenya School of Government. She is an accredited FemWise (African Union)
member, Policy engaged Researcher, Strategy Consultant with over fifteen years’ experience. She speaks English, French and basic Chinese. She is a published author of eight (8) University level scholarly books. She is Oxfam Kenya Board Member.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a BA (HRM) from Kenyatta University. Her exposure blends both the public service and international corporate culture and work ethics of International Donor funded Agencies, in particular, World Bank, UNICEF, OPEC, DFID, USAID and GIZ as well as lecturing. She is an accredited member of FemWise-Africa Under the umbrella of the Panel of the Wise Peace and Security Architecture, African Union Commission.
