Biography

Dr. Teresia Ngina Kyalo is a Senior Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at Karatina University. She holds BEd, MSc and PhD degrees in Entrepreneurship. She’s has an Experiential Entrepreneurship Educator certificate from the University of Florida and Marketplace simulations Coach certificate from Innovative Learning Solutions Inc. Tennessee among other academic qualifications. Dr. Kyalo is a Senior lecturer in entrepreneurship and mentor. Her areas of expertise include Research, Women And Youth Entrepreneurship; Small Enterprise Development, Business Planning, Small Enterprise Financing, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Research, M&E, Strategic Planning  Succession Planning And Human Resource Management . Dr Kyalo has attended and participated in a number of International conferences. She has taught and supervised undergraduate and postgraduate students, authored many articles in peer reviewed journals and also consulted widely locally and internationally. Among her deliverables locally include, Curricula development, Graduated PhD and Masters Students in various disciplines, developed County economic development plans, enterprise development and management training manuals and programs and business plan training. Internationally, Dr Kyalo has developed civil service rules and regulations for Puntland state of Somalia and Somaliland and  HRM training manuals for senior civil service officers in Puntland state of Somalia and the Federal government of Somalia.
