Biography

Dr Caroline Biwott is a lecturer in the School of Business, department of Human Resource Development at Karatina University where she has been a member of academic staff since 2012.  Caroline holds Doctor of Philosophy degree in Communications Studies and Master of Philosophy degree in Communication studies, both from Moi University. Her research interests are in the area of Communication and Media.

Dr Caroline Biwott is currently a trainer, an internal examiner and post graduate supervisor.  She has   worked in various capacity at the University as an examinations coordinator, timetable coordinator, Industrial attachment coordinator, ISO champion as well as Journalism Club patron.

Community Participation

Dr Biwott currently serves as Member of the Board of Seko Girls High School. She is mentors the youth and women in the community. In addition, she actively participates in church activities and community development.
