Prof. David Gichuhi is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management in school of Business at Karatina University where he has been a faculty member since 2015. He is a holder of Doctorate degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and an MBA (HRM option) from Kenyatta University. He also holds a B.Sc. degree from University of Nairobi, a diploma in Project Management from Kenya Institute of Management and a Postgraduate diploma in Education from Egerton University. He is a certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) by HRMPEB and a full member of Institute of Human Resource Management
Prof Gichuhi served as Dean, School of Business from 2016 to 2023. His areas of interest include, Performance Management, Change Management, Organizational Development and Project Management among other areas in Human Resource Management. Prof Gichuhi has published widely in the area of human resource management
