Dr Anne Kariuki is a senior lecturer in the School of Business at Karatina University where she has been a faculty member since 2015. She has a background in human resource management at Masters level and Doctorate level. She has over 10 years of experience in higher education focusing on management and human resource management. Coming from an educational background augmented with substantial experience in needs assessment, employee relations and human resource policy.

Dr. Kariuki is passionate about organizations, their culture and people. She has the ability to connect with people, motivate them and gain their mutual commitment. She has published a number of articles which  are of practical value to business owners and professionals world-wide. She aims to design human resources strategies that help deliver results through people and create a learning and conducive environment in the workplace.
