Biography

Paul Kariuki is a Kenyan national with a robust technical background in technology as an ICT solutions architect. He holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Ndejje University (First Class Honors), an MSc in Data Communications from the KCA University coupled with other Industry qualifications in the technology space.

Paul is PhD candidate at Dedan Kimathi University pursuing PhD in Computer Science with a special focus on cancer diagnosis using machine learning. He has over 12 years of professional experience; eight of which have been spent within the World Bank Group playing a lead digital development role as a Consultant supporting governments in Sub Saharan Africa and Asia, to adopt and implement technology for the creation of markets through provision of better services to businesses (G2B) and citizens (G2C).

Currently, Paul serves as the Ag. Director ICT at Karatina University where he manages the entire ICT Infrastructure as well as overseeing the university-wide networks, security of systems, and enterprise information systems.
