Caren Ogola is is a communication and Public Relations professional in the School of Business at Karatina University where she has been a faculty member since 2010. She is currently undertaking her Ph.D. in Communication and information studies at the University of Nairobi. Her research interests lie in the areas of strategic communication management, emerging issues in communication and information technology and intercultural communication.
