Mr. Kimani has been committed to research and teaching since 2016 and is currently a tutorial fellow at Karatina University, School of Pure and Applied Sciences. He is currently in the final year of study pursuing doctoral degree in Cell Biology under Chinese Government Scholarship at Northeast Normal University, China. At Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology (JKUAT), in Kenya, Shadrack completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in biochemistry and molecular biology. His areas of interest are plant science, molecular biology, bioinformatics, parasite genetics and drug resistance. Mr. Kimani is an active collaborator in several fields, especially in the fields of plant science, malaria genetic and drug resistance. He has co-authored referred journal articles and attended national and international conferences and workshops.
