Dr. Daniel Achola is a lecturer in the School of Pure and Applied Sciences and is currently the Head of Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science. Achola is a holder of both Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science from Maseno University and Bachelor of Education from University of Nairobi.
Dr. Achola has over ten years of working experience in academia with interest in Differential equations, Numerical Analysis and Mathematical Modeling. He has also published peer reviewed articles on disease modeling, stochastic growth models, and hybrid cryptographic election models. Dr. Achola has attended
Conferences and workshops. He is also a master trainer in Competency Based Curriculum.
