Biography

Dr. Paul Kiumbe Mburu is a Lecturer of Project Planning and Management in the Department of Business and Economics in the school of business at Karatina University, Kenya. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Education from Moi University (1996), Masters of Arts (Project Planning and Management) University of Nairobi (2010). He later obtained his Doctorate in Project Planning and Management University of Nairobi (2018).

His research interests are in the areas of management of community development projects and Monitoring and Evaluation.

He has published his work in research publications including International Journal of Research and Development (IJRD) and International Organizational of Scientific research (IOSR), International Journal of Research in Business and Social Science (IJRBS).

He is a member of the editorial board in the Adonis & Abbey Publishers Ltd, London, the publishers of African Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (AJIE) that is indexed by IBSS, EBSCO and SABINET. It is accredited by DHET (the South African regulator of Higher Education). 

He was Tutorial Fellow as from 2012 in the Business and Economics Department, he was appointed to the position of a Lecturer in 2018 a position he holds up to date.
